The Corporate Action Total Solution was initially developed as an in-house solution for a major investment bank. Ongoing enhancements over a fifteen year period gave rise to a robust system that handled the majority of the institution's domestic and international business. This proven software is now available as an installed or securely hosted solution through The Corporate Action Company.
